Is it ever a boring week in Buenos Aires? NO! why would you ask that?? :D i have taken the more chill and cultural path this week. well... chill is the wrong word.... :P
On saturday we went to Casa Rosada, the beautiful pink building is located on Plaza de Mayo, you can easily imagine Evita proclaiming to the people on the lower balcony :) It was really amazing seeing it from the inside, beautiful art, furnitures, images of previous presidents and other important characters in Argentinian history. And the presidents office of course! :D :D We also went to Museo del Bicentario which is located underground behind Casa Rosado and it holds the different eras of Argentinas political history told through videos, paintings, photographs and personal belongings of those who governed Argentina at the different times. We continued our day following our empty tummies to an international food feria on avenida de mayo, eating yummy food from all corners of the world :) DELICIOUS!!
On sunday I went to the feria on Placa Francia with my girl Anna, it was a beautiful day for chilling on the grass, drinking mate and listening to reggae. Does it get any better than that? :D
On monday it was raining the entire day and night monsoon style! crazy! And i was attacked by a bat in the comfort of my own home. scaaaaary!!
